Anti-spamming policy
Spamming is the mass sending of emails to people who have not asked to receive the email in question. These emails have essentially commercial purposes. These practices are not only aggressive, they also overload communications resources and servers, thereby preventing the smooth transfer of data.
La Poste does not authorise its computers or its network to be used to disseminate unsolicited informational or advertising emails.
It is prohibited to use a La Poste connection or server to send a large number of unsolicited electronic messages. It is also prohibited to receive reply messages to unsolicited messages or to send an exaggerated number of messages to discussion groups, the title or subject of which is unrelated to the discussion forum or that can be deemed scandalous or offensive or that could harm the image of the Belgian Post Group or that of entities attached to it.
La Poste reserves the right to decide if a specific message does not comply with the rules of a discussion group or an address list or if it is generally considered to be disturbing to others.
Confidentiality of emails
La Poste shall ensure the confidentiality of your messages; however, for the time being, it does not secure your message using encryption methods.
La Poste reserves the right to take cognisance of the information concerning public messages, such as the messages presented in discussion groups, chat boxes or forums, if it has reason to suspect that the activities to which this communication relates are unlawful.
Net etiquette
La Poste adheres to the code of conduct approved by the ISPA (Internet Service Providers Association). ISPA Belgium asbl/vzw was founded to defend the interests of Internet service providers in Belgium and to promote the Internet in Belgium. The user declares that he has taken cognisance of these rules (consult the Code of conduct (in PDF format), at the following address: http://www.ispa.be/files/code_of_conduct__x20fr.pdf).
This fact implies that La Poste is entitled to immediately refuse access to its site without legal intervention, if, for example:

It reserves the right to decide if a particular message violates the rules of a discussion group or those of an address list or if it is generally deemed offensive. La Poste further reserves the right, at any time and unilaterally, to draw up, refuse to transmit or to delete documents or information, in full or in part. It also reserves the right to disseminate any information in order to comply with any law or regulation in force, to comply with a judicial or administrative order, or to ensure the performance of its legal and contractual obligations.
